Further entries to be made in docket. — Such docket shall contain, in columns ruled for that purpose: First, the names of the parties; second, the date; third, the nature of the judgment or decree; fourth, the amount of debt, damages and costs; fifth, the book and page in which it is entered; sixth, a column for entering a note of the satisfaction or other disposition thereof.
