379.263.  Mutual companies other than life and fire to file statement of affairs, when. — Any company organized under the provisions of sections 379.205 to 379.310^* shall on the first day of January of each year or within sixty days thereafter, file with the director of the department of commerce and insurance a statement of its affairs in the same manner and form as provided in section 379.105.
