9.339. Hazel Erby Day designated for September 22. — September twenty-second each year is hereby designated as "Hazel Erby Day" in Missouri. Citizens of this state are encouraged to participate in appropriate events and activities to recognize Hazel Erby's lifelong dedication to public service and community improvement.
