Name of prosecutor returned with bail bond. — If in such case the accused shall be held to answer for the offense, it shall be the duty of the associate circuit judge to make out a certificate of the name, occupation and place of abode of the prosecutor, and return the same, with the recognizance of such prisoner, to the proper county.
