*578.027. Until December 31, 2016 — Dogs pursuing live animal propelled by device, causing, penalty. — 1. No person shall tie or attach or fasten any live animal to any machine or device propelled by any power for the purpose of causing such animal to be pursued by a dog or dogs.
2. Any person violating this section is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
