Reciprocity for certification and licensure in another state, requirements. — An applicant who is certified or licensed under the laws of another state may obtain certification as a state certified real estate appraiser or licensure as a state licensed real estate appraiser in this state upon such terms and conditions as may be determined by the board, provided that such terms and conditions shall comply with the minimum criteria for certification or licensure issued by the appraiser qualifications board of the appraisal foundation.
