303.440. Operational date for verification system — testing or pilot period. — The verification system established under section 303.430 shall be installed and fully operational on January 1, 2025, following an appropriate testing or pilot period of not less than nine months. Until the successful completion of the testing or pilot period in the judgment of the director of the department of revenue, no enforcement action shall be taken based on the system, including but not limited to action taken under the program established under section 303.425.
