Title XVIII LABOR AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS

Until December 31, 2016 — Fraud or misrepresentation, penalties. — Any person or entity perpetrating a fraud or misrepresentation under this chapter for which a penalty has not herein been specifically provided shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor and, in addition, shall be liable to this state for a civil penalty not to exceed the value of the fraud. Any person or entity who has previously pled guilty to or has been found guilty of perpetrating a fraud or misrepresentation under this chapter and who subsequently violated any such provisions shall be guilty of a class D felony.
