It is unlawful for any manufacturer or distributor or agent or employee of a manufacturer or distributor, having reasonable cause to believe that a controlled substance will be used in violation of sections 195.005 to 195.425 to deliver the controlled substance.
2. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a class D felony.
