There are multiple enactments of 209.317
209.317. Certificate may be suspended, denied or revoked — hearing procedure. — 1. The commission may suspend, deny or revoke a certificate if an interpreter:
(1) Impersonates another person holding interpreter certification;
(2) Allows another person to use the interpreter's certificate;
(3) Uses fraud, deception or misrepresentation in the certification process;
(4) Harasses, abuses or threatens a member of the commission, evaluation team or a support staff person who is administering the system;
(5) Intentionally divulges confidential information relating to the certification process, including content, topic, vocabulary, skills or any other testing material;
(6) Fails to achieve a minimum satisfactory certification level.
2. The commission shall provide that any hearing concerning the denial, suspension or revocation of a certificate shall follow administrative procedures for hearings as provided in chapter 621.
